• With Moodle's enhanced instructional content, electronic assessment tools, and other features, the center hopes to build e-learning approaches. The system creates an electronic connection between the classroom and the learner.
• Locating and testing cutting-edge VR software; implementing it in universities' courses and labs.
• Instructors' lectures could be recorded at the multimedia center's studio and online for students to view.
• Facilitating international scientific dialogue via webcasting lectures and symposiums.
• Creating specialized e-learning platforms.
